EAGLE 5th through 8th grades had the opportunity to celebrate their classmates who performed in Children’s Theater of Madison’s newest production: Matilda. That means that over 110 EAGLE students traveled to the Overture Center for a morning of theater.
EAGLE 6th grader, Sasha Greenberg, occupied center stage throughout most of the production in the role of Matilda. Her classmate, Matthew Juergens, as Nigel, and Blithe Matthews, as Lavender, accompanied Sasha and the rest of the cast and crew throughout this almost heroic performance. Their teacher, Mark Wurzelbacher, was with with them every step of the way as the production’s Music Director.
