The 2027-2028 timeline will be similar.
Please note that we are still accepting applications for Nest (kindergarten).
Admissions Timeline
October 2025
Parent/Guardian visits begin for prospective kindergarten (Nest) applicants. Parents interested in enrolling students in kindergarten should schedule or inquire about IQ testing.
October- February
Parent/Guardian visits continue for potential Nest applicants and begin for families interested in 1st grade through middle school. Parents interested in enrolling new students should schedule IQ testing.
January 23, 2026
Priority deadline for Nest applicants. Complete applications by this deadline will be evaluated first. After this date, we will continue to review complete applications on a rolling basis.
We continue to take Nest applications until spots are filled.
January 27, 29 & 31, 2026
Nest applicant visits take place. Visits are available on weekdays or Saturday January 31.
February 13, 2026
Nest decisions are communicated. After this date, we continue to admit Nest students on a rolling basis as space allows.
This is also the preferred deadline for sibling applicants of current students.
March 1, 2026
Recommended deadline for applicants to 1st – 8th grade. Contracts are sent to our returning families.
March-May 2026
We conduct student applicant visits, assess open seats and admit students as space allows.
April 16, 2026
Financial Aid applications due for 2026-2027 school year for regular admissions.
Rolling admissions can apply for financial aid at time of signing contract.
2nd week of May 2026
Financial Aid award notifications are sent out.
