Once applications have been reviewed, students are typically invited to a student visit day.
Student Visit Day: Nest
Nest (kindergarten) applicants:The first week in February, Nest applicants are invited to participate in a one-hour, small-group visit to our “Nest.” During this time, the children are informally assessed by our kindergarten teachers. Nest visits are offered the first Saturday of February as well as during the weekdays during that week.
Rolling Admissions:
If spaces remain after the January 25, 2025 deadline, kindergarten applicants will be invited in for a one-hour 1:1 or small group visit with one of our Nest teachers.
Student Visit Day: Grades 1-8
Primary (1st) through Middle School (8th grade):
Applicants are invited to spend an entire school day (8:25 am to 3:10 pm) to have an authentic EAGLE experience by participating in classes at his or her grade level. During the day, they are assessed in reading, writing, and math. The student doesn’t need to do anything to prepare for these assessments in advance.
Arrival:
Students should arrive at EAGLE at 8:10 AM. This allows time to practice reading the schedule, take a small tour, and meet the student buddy for the day.
Please bring:
The student should bring lunch (milk will be provided), snacks for break times (one morning, one afternoon) and appropriate outerwear for playing outside.
When should the student be picked up? Plan to arrive at 3:00 pm to pick up your student.
