2020 EAGLE graduate, Estella Hassrick, continues to push boundaries and pursue her dreams with courage and commitment. Estella has been passionate about ski jumping since she was a child, and today that passion has taken her all the way to the international stage. After more than a decade of dedication to the sport, she earned a spot on the U.S. Ski Jumping Team and is vying for a place in the 2026 Winter Olympics.
From her first jump at age 8 to training year-round in Norway, Estella has firmly embraced the challenges and joys of ski jumping, balancing rigorous training, travel, and even online schooling as she competes around the world. Her journey reflects the adventurous spirit and resilience we celebrate in EAGLE students.
Estella often speaks about the thrill of being in the air and the lessons the sport has taught her about focus, perseverance, and embracing the unknown. Whether she’s setting personal records mid-flight or encouraging younger athletes back home, her story is one of passion, persistence, and the power of dreaming big.
