EAGLE School uses a web-based messaging system called “One Call Now”. In the event of a school closing or school emergency, One Call Now will deliver our announcement via telephone, email, and/or text message. Using the information on the forms you filled out over the summer, we have entered one phone number and one email address for every EAGLE family. These will only be used for EAGLE School emergency messages.

You have the ability to add or delete contact information through the One Call Now Self-Update Portal. If you click on this link, you will be redirected to the One Call Now portal. You will be asked to sign up to use the service (it’s free). Sign up using the email address with which you received this message. Of course, you do not have a password yet, but click on the green “Sign Up” button and you can create one. After signing up, you will then have the opportunity to add or modify the list of email addresses and phone numbers that you’d like our messages to be sent to, and also have the option of receiving text messages. If you happen to use One Call Now through other schools or organizations, you can modify those contacts, too.

We will only use this service for school closings and school emergencies. We will not use it for general school announcements or information.
