December	Parent visiting days begin for kindergarten prospects only Parents interested in enrolling students in kindergarten should schedule IQ testing
2013
January	Parent visiting days begin for all prospect families Parents interested in enrolling new students should schedule IQ testing
February 1	Deadline for Nest and sibling applications to receive first priority
February 4–15	Screenings of Nest applicants are done by staff
February 25–28	Contracts sent to current EAGLE families Contracts sent to new Nest parents.
March 1	Contracts due back with non-refundable deposit Suggested deadline for applications from new families in Primary through Middle School 7/8 (grades 1-8)
March & April	Primary through Middle School 7/8 prospective new students visit; screenings done by staff
April	Contracts sent to accepted new students
