Ultrazone Laser Tag Event March 14

The EPO is hosting a social event and fundraiser at Ultrazone for 4/5 – 7/8 students from 12:00-3:00 pm on Thursday, March 14, after the early dismissal for parent-teacher conferences. We have reserved the whole facility just for this EAGLE event! It will be an afternoon of fun for the 4/5s and older, and we look forward to a great turnout.

Bus transportation will be provided from EAGLE to Ultrazone following the 11:20 am dismissal. Pizza and bottled water will be provided for lunch. The cost is $20 per student. Students must be picked up from Ultrazone at or before 3:00 pm. Ultrazone is located at 680 Grand Canyon Drive in Madison.

Pre-registration is required, as we need a minimum of 35 students to hold this event, and can accommodate no more than 72 students on the bus. Please submit registration and waiver form with payment to the office ASAP!!
